A little more information on our apartments to rent in Alcudia! 

The Venecia Apartment block offering both apartments and studios for rent in Alcudia are situated only a minutes walk away from the beautiful Alcudia beachfront, each boasting their own terrace, as well as having the use of a large communal swimming pool, children's swimming pool, large grassed sun bathing area complete with sun beds and park. Parking facilities outside.

Inside, the apartments are fully air conditioned in the main rooms and have an open plan lounge / kitchen with eating area complete with 2 sofa beds, double bedroom and complete bathroom. The kitchen has oven, 2 x hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Satellite TV and telephone is also included in each of the apartments, as well as weekly cleaning services 3 times per week.

Reception facilities are also available. We also provide cots, baby chairs, high chairs as well as extra beds free of charge! Irons are also available free of charge, but please do let us know if this is required. (Laundry services available at a small extra charge).

The 3 bedroom apartment boasts 3 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin singles. It comes complete with a large spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen (same facilities as above). Also has private terrace with eating area. Fully air conditioned.
